4. Payments and Billing

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Late payments may result in paused service. All invoices are due as outlined in the agreement provided before service starts.

• Clients retain ownership of their brand assets
• Northkind Leads retains rights to strategies, templates, and internal tools used to deliver services
• Custom content created for a client (e.g. ads, social posts, designs) belongs to the client upon full payment.

Either party may terminate services at any time. Any fees for work already completed will still be payable.
